I mean colouring. But texturing is all the skin detail and shadows and highlights and so on as well.
In short, what makes a mini come to life.

Oh, I see! I usually fill the areas and use dodge/burn tools freely in photoshop to highlight or darken the image. I find this to be faster than what I used to do years ago, selecting defined areas to apply the shadows. As far as textures, I use them sometimes, but it's mostly "noise", as I hardly know what I'm doing. I think I should try out some other techniques.

I haven't tried printing it yet, but the red might be a bit on the dark side for the shading to show.
I like the colour combo; Red/'Mustardish'.

The more I look at it, yes...I don't think it will print up well, I agree about it being too dark. I am pretty happy with the textured sort of appearance, not that it's particularly well done, just that I have only recently learned how to accomplish that sort of effect and it was nice to try it out.
