I'm currently working on a game that's inspired by the Worldworks model - Shellendrak Manor. I'm planning to make the components - except for the figures (I'm no good at drawing characters). As usual I hunted around for suitable free paper figures for use and stumbled upon the site of my old Paperworlds acquaintance, Shaungamer There's some similarities with Dungeon Plungin, but it uses counters more than dice. There's a few cute gimmicks in it I'm proud of - the choosing of stats for the three levels in a party each player controls (the hero character, their two lieutenants and four flunkies), how that applies to expending morale counters, and the generation of room contents from 3 cards. Anyhow, have a look if you have time - it's still a work in progress and there may be some radical changes occuring. If you'd like to help, let me know. Like my other (albiet not very popular) games, it's going to be a free print and play. www.curufea.com/Wikka/wikka.php?wakka=StormTheCastle

Nevermind I've posted over on the Onemonk forum and was able to get suitable figures for villagers from Dryw the Harper.
