I noticed this game called Lost Treasures posted on onemonk.com. I was reading though it seems interesting but i feeling like the instructions are incomplete, anyone here know anything about this game? From the credits it looks like it was something Shaun had a hand in. Link: lost-treasures.tripod.com/

Yes, I helped design it and we succeeded in getting a working game. There were 3 expansions which were never completed. The first one, Dragon's Horde, was nearly done. It actually fixed some problems with the main game, so I should try to complete it and post the files somewhere.
I will get back to you (I need to find some files!)

I have posted the files for Dragon's Hoard over at boardgamegeek, under the Lost Treasures entry. It will probably take a week or so for the files to appear.

Ok some questions!
What is a Champion? Paladin or Dark Knight?
Why are there two treasure icons per treasure if you can only get each treasure once?
Can a adventurer carry more than one treasure?

Ok some questions! What is a Champion? Paladin or Dark Knight? Both are Champions - one for good and one for evil. The icon is meant to be double sided. Cut and fold in half to give one icon. Yes! and he can use more than one too! Hope you have fun!

Got to play the base game yesterday. I general it was pretty fun. It did feel a little slow however. Seems like my halfling was stuck trying to open an 8 door for a very long time. Thinking of modifying some of the stats to help with this, or maybe making it so halflings can roll twice... Also keeping track of your pieces was challeging, basiclly had to always work right to left so I didn't forget one.
Going to try out the Dragon's Hoard next...

The constant rolling is definitely a big negative. We did try increasing the stats but it seemed to make things too easy in some cases. Perhaps using two dice and choosing the best for things like opening doors etc. would be a better way of resolving the rolls?
I should really come back to this game and sort out some of the kinks to make it better!!
