I'm working on a Napoleonic Battle add-on for FOW. Has anyone any thoughts about rules changes needed if your upping the scale to 1 figure = 1 battalion.

So long as everything is scaled up, I don't think there should be too much of a problem with the basics. Formations may require some work, because at that scale they have a heavy influence on the results of combat. You may need to stat a unit differently depending on what formation it is in. There will be some little intricacies (is that the right word) that may come up depending on how detailed you want to get.
Bobby does encourage rule changes or updates for specific genres. Especially if they help make the game more enjoyable!

I have been working on a 6mm-15mm version of FOW on and off for sometime. In it the basic unit is a stand and each stand has a die instead of each trooper. For really fast games I have also done 1 die per regiment/battalion

I have been working on a 6mm-15mm version of FOW on and off for sometime. Is this a " when I am bored of other stuff" project or will it be something we may see in the not too distant future?

From what I remember the starship adaption was pretty cool! I look forward to seeing both of them!
