I am trying to translate dwarf heroes rules book, but as title says... I don't know and I can't find a definition/description of what a cogg is...
I hope someone can help me.

My guess is; A small clockwork golem the size of a goblin. That is the way I see it in my minds eye at least. But of course Shaun shall answer it. It is his call, not mine.

A cogg is a clockwork Monster. I tend to think of it as a mouth on wheels. The wheels give it speed (MOV 6) and the mouth gives it the melee attack. The mouth could be replaced by any pincer or claw-like mechanism and the wheels could be replaced by legs. So long as the configuration is fast and fierce (e.g. Spider, Cheeter). Coggs are designed to do damage and are tough little monsters. Although they look built, a cogg is actually a magical creature that is made from the metal common to the area where it was summoned. So coggs can be iron, copper or even gold and silver. Hopefully we can get some figures for summoned creatures completed one day soon!
