Ok let me first start off by saying how much I love this game. I would have never known about it if I did not read Matt Drakes great review of it, which would have been a shame.
Anyway my question (which, unfortunately is a noob question) is, does the Sarcophagus & Life Fountain rooms get doors. I may have missed it but I could not find where it says that they do. I see where other rooms say the number of doors but the special ones didn’t. This is for V3 and I was playing the "Knocking Wall" Quest

Hey Drew, welcome aboard! I don't remember if this was on any iteration of the rules but, personally, I never place doors on Unique or Special Rooms. To me, they always feel more like the "end of a journey" rather than "means to an end". I suppose it wouldn't be wrong to do it if a quest specifically says otherwise, but if it doesn't, as with anything in DP, do what you think makes the game more fun to you and your friends.

After having a long hard look at the rules, my best guess would be that it is totally dependant on the adventure in question. The rules does state only hallways and intersections have a predetermined number of doors and that the number of doors a room will have is listed in the location chart. And if we look at an adventure like Den of the Orcish Raiders, we see that every room in the location chart has the number of doors it has listed in parenthesis... except the fountain of life and sarcophagus. This leads me to believe that in this particular adventure, those room each have only 1 door, though it would be possible to see an adventure where such rooms could have multiple doors.
