I love those little guys! They almost look like a recruitment poster.

Hey shadowolf the new greek figures look great. I had some ideas ofr alternate DP settings but chose to hold off till the fantasy one was stable. A couple of the ideas I had was a tomb raider one, and a sci-fi space hulkish one.
Sends us some pics of some of the games your doing and some battle reports if ya got the time. I would love to hear about the greeks especially!

YES!
Now that's what I like to see. Great work Shadowolf and Bryn!
Those are some fantastic looking figures and they capture the feel of Oversouls work as well.
You both have inspired me to update the master artist pages and add the work you guys did. It's great to be forced to remember how much fun creativity and sharing can be. Thanks!
Just one question for Bryn - Why didn't you post the skeleton and liche king work on Oversoul Games?
Really looking forward to whatever else is in the works!

One of the things we want to do with our website is to have a section dedicated for people who design work for our games.
One of the biggest problems with doing that is who's work do you include? Shadowolf's is a definate yes. But what about those whose work we consider questionable for whatever reason?

I guess instead of making the pages an open submission it could be on an invitation basis. People could link to their work in posts or send it to you and the oversoul moderators could decide if its in keeping with the style and quality you want for your games. I've seen that done before...kinda like a "Friends of Oversoul page".
If thats made clear on the page then ppl shouldn't quibble too much. Magazines do it- write an article...if we think its great...we may print it.

I would love to hear about the greeks especially! They remind me a bit of Asterix the Gaul, keen! Dear Mister Shadowolf, Once upon a time you created a lovely Greek Galley for an old MiP Showcase, it's on the shelf in front of me actually, and I'm wondering if you would consider a DP version of a Greek galley? Then we could have DP:Argonauts or DP:Odyssey campaigns. Someone could make a small map of the islands and locales and a small galley to journey between them. When the ship arrives at a locale from the stories you would switch to a big map version of that area to complete that portion of the quest. You could also have potential sea encounters where the valiant crew would fight on board the large scale galley against whatever has beset their ship. Alternatively, instead of maps of the locales from the stories you could have the locales on tiles that are drawn randomly so that you encounter the same story elements, but in a non-linear fashion. Just a thought. ;D

Shadowolf, I tried to send you a PM asking this, but I probably messed it up. Would you mind if I posted some modifications to your figures for others to download?

Shadowolf gave me permission to post some mods I made to his Greeks. So here are a few Greek Heroes:

Here are a few more. The first two are brynbrenainn's mods to Shadowolf's Greeks; I created the back views. Dewayne

One more, then I need to lay off the Heroes for a while and finish the monsters for the Greek Quest... or at least until I see another mod on Shadowolf's Heroes that someone else has done and it 'inspires' me... ;D
