Hi there! See lots of the pictures of the cool FOW-paper minis. - How do you guys make the bases of the figures? The figures of Splatball are based with some "foam material" (don´t know the english word for the sponge-stuff in Games Workshop-blister)+ green paper? What do you use at the pictures of the pygmy? Looks like blacke tape around what? - Boardgamegeek meantion some rules of FOW for WWI air Combat.. Where are the rules?? -what is about the paperworks-webpage? I see lot of links, but none of the worked... Sorry, my english is not the best, I´m from germany. Okay, this doesn´t mean that my german language is better...

Looks like blacke tape around what? You are right, it is called 'foam'. There is a very useful material you can buy in very well stocked stationary/art shops called 'foamcore'. This foamcore is a piece of foam, about 5mm thick, between two pieces of cardboard. You can buy this foamcore in white, black and sometimes in grey. We use the black foamcore and glue green paper on top of it. That gives the base a good top colour, sturdy feel and nice evenly coloured black sides. Sorry, I cannot help you with the FOW WWI..... The 'real' Paperworlds homepage is a fond memory nowdays, it does not exist anymore. However, there is a new site up named Paper Worlds in respectful memory of the old one. paperworlds.papermakeit.com/index.phpIt is still young, but growing - so it has great potential. Oh, and: ;D Welcome! ;D

Let me take a quick second to also welcome zukar and arkcarver!
The WWI aircraft modification of FOW was created by a fan, I cannot remember who did it at the moment. I thought it was available for download at boardgamegeek. I will see if I can find out who.

Heya - if it´s any help... I had/ have the same problem finding the base material for miniatures: Look for "Foamboard" in shops like www.modulor.de(That´s the only shop I found so far, which has a good range of that stuff. Will order it hopefully soon) I wonder, if "Polystyrolplatte" is something similar and useful.
