erm, I feel somewhat uncomfortable asking this, as a newbie I'm rampaging through the forums making requests, but still, I got no shame, so I think I'll give this a try nonetheless... so, even if it may sound incredible, I actually managed to notice that The Lich's King monsters don't have a back side only after a week or so of watching them, and I was asking myself: is there any way/possibility we're gonna ever see them with their back side..? you know, as for a game with some need of facing (even if I managed to understand that spotting rules need a rewrite) it would be useful to have skeletons and zombies that can actually face something... also, those front sides look gorgeous (totally love the zombie), so it's kind of a pity not to have a "complete" version of those minis... as before, thanks in advance for your patience, I bow to your drawing prowess

The Lich King monsters were my first DP monsters I had ever drawn and I was still learning how. All my stuff these days has a back to it and I always intended to go back and draw rear views on the early stuff. Since even my colouring style has changed as well its just been a low priority. I would have to recolour the fronts too so they match. But like all things around here...stuff takes time as life always comes first This is an example of my stuff now showing rear views. www.flickr.com/photos/31222610@N02/3014907895/in/set-72157607866195942/regards, Paul (aka Shadowolf) PS I wouldn't worry about asking stuff, it all provides motivation to do things faster

ok, firstly I really thank you for giving me the seed to get the necromancer and the ogres, they look great and I'm definitely gonna print them; secondly, I also thank you for your response, and I'll be - somewhat (I know life always comes in first) - waiting for the ultimate version of your undead EDIT: as a side note, I was thinking how good it feels when thanks to the internet one can not only discover all manners of great projects that would be otherwise relegated to an unknown niche, but also be able to get in touch with the very people designing such things... I just wanted to let you guys know it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy when I realize this... ;D

ok, I added a poll to the thread, being perfectly aware that it's more likely to be a psychological and motivational tool for shadowofl more than a statistical tool... I'll be crossing my fingers in hope for a re-engineering of the seven models needing a back side (all of his undead, apart from the rats that are shown from the side thus not needing a back)..! ;D *pinchs shadowolf*pretty please *bows*

I just wanted to let you guys know it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy when I realize this... ;D I totally agree. The net is a great way to keep in touch with likeminded. And, Paul; If you do a new set of the Lich King I 'might' do a new version of the 'Army of the Lich King' (Time allowing...)

It's been a while, but I have hacked and edited some of Shadowolf's Lich King minis to add backs. I also have added backs to some heroes (I don't remember if they're all Shadowolf's). I suppose I could post them IF I have permission. Right? Once I get my PC fixed, that is... Oh, and minor nitpick: the rats do need a back side! Check out its tail.

oh well, you're kinda right, but for such minor things even an OCD-like individual like me can let it go... let's hope your pc gets fixed soon anyway..!
